1. Very nice clean Hotel due to the Cleaning Womens that ware very very kind and respectfull!!! 5 Stars for that!
2. Very clean Garden and Sourrpundings.
3. The Spa and Pools very nice also.
4. The cosmetics (Shampoo, Shower Gel etc.) very good Quality.
5. The Furniture and the Room Decorations very nice.

We stayed for 2 nights are part of our honeymoon. Everything about this hotel is perfect and 5 star. Without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The food, service, room and location were all amazing. What sets EALA apart is the attention to detail and the little things that are done for you. We will defiantly be back and highly recommend anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Lake Garda to book here, you will not be disappointed.

The hotel was absolutely spotless & the staff were amazing. Breakfast was lovely & the chef who made the omelettes was outstanding. Everything was fabulous we can’t wait to return!

I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels but this one was very special. it is very calm and clean. there is an overall sense of well-being at this hotel. very close to tourist locations but not too close. the staff were outstanding. a special thanks to Shaban at the restaurant who was very friendly and helpful.
