Overall our experience was amazing! The water in the thermals was perfect and the area around the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices exactly what you expect from a good 5 star hotel. Additionally they have upgraded our booking to a luxury suite which came as a very nice surprise treat

We had a wonderful room with a view of the sea and the terrace. I liked the overall arrangement of the room. We could watch the coast from the shower and bath. The hotel staff are friendly and pleasant. We were very surprised by the welcome bubbles we received in the room. Breakfast was delicious! Ten out of ten.

The location next to the coast was perfect. The top floor restaurant and bar with great views out to sea were exceptional. Drinks and food were excellent.

Hotel Plaza e de Russie is set on the main promenade of Viareggio, just 50 metres from the beach.

Great location. We have stayed twice during Carnival, in 2020 and 2023, and the hotel is so clean and in excellent condition. The front desk staff is lovely. We would stay again. It's the nicest hotel on the strand.
