Great hotel in a fabulous location. All the staff are incredible. Very friendly and always keen to help. Shout out to Mattio on front desk. He was super. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and good choices. Pillow choices available which was lovely. We came by car and the parking was great, with the staff taking care of the car. Hassle free.

Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained. The private transport and pickup from Lazise was an added bonus. Manager even checked in at dinner to make sure everything was ok.
