Location was peaceful with one of the best views of gorge and surrounding hills of autumn trees. Easy walk to bus stations and local shops including best bakery .This hotel has wonderful helpful staff and the chef is one of the best we have experienced in all of Japan( high end kaiseki). We will stay here every time we are at Nikko
