This hotel and the hoteliers are exceptional. The staff are polite, helpful and will always work with you to navigate Japanese & English. I would encourage travellers to practice Japanese to help meet the staff halfway or pick up an app to support. Honestly, this was a brilliant place to stay, across from the amazing Odori park! I highly recommend.

The hotel is nicely located - the park is so prettyin the winter and the metro close by! Hotel staff were incredibly kind and the room was goodvalue for money.
