We had a wonderful stay at Neptune Rianta. The accommodation was perfect, beautiful tented accommodation overlooking the river, woken by hippos every morning. The staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient, in particular, Daisy our wonderful waitress, Daniel our friendly butler and Daniel our masai safari guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Daniel ensured we found every animal, providing us with detailed information and was so much fun to be with!

We loved the outstanding service and beautiful setting of the property.
Very skillful staff and relaxing surrounding.
We had a most wonderful stay, thank you, especially to Daniel and Gibson.

It was a very good stay and excellent service. The check-in, bar, wait staff and butler were all top notch. Food was good. It was wonderful to be there in the low season.
