Close to the airport, perfect and timely shuttle! Lobby was soooo beautifully decorated for Christmas! This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and the service was incredible! Comfy beds, tasty tea!! It was snowing pretty bad, but the staff kept the pedestrian areas clean and salted!

Everything was just perfect! The staff is so professional and friendly, everything is so clean and beautiful. The breakfast was really good and tasty, local kimchi was also really good. The outdoor pool was really nice and the view was amazing!
