I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

The place itself, its location, and the staff were all fantastic. We were always super close to any major cultural spot, so we always walked and never needed to take a taxi or transport anywhere except for the airport. The staff was amazingly helpful and we also did a half day activity at agafay desert (camel and motor driving) that was a big highlight of our trip. Thank you for everything!

Everything was amazing. Ibrahim was so helpful and efficient. The room was clean and on the terrace which was just an extra and we could enjoy coffee or tea in the tent. The breakfast was great, so was service. Would definitely come back.

Food and Beverage in the hotel is absolutely amazing. If it's breakfast with all the tastes of the world - tailored to the clientèle of the hotel, there is everything one needs. Freshly made and catered to all needs. I loved it and as I am a fresh fruit and healthy food lover, just marvellous, whereas my husband enjoyed the open kitchen to order any kind of eggs any style. We also appreciated to take some fruit and pastry with us to the golf course.
