We had a great holiday here. Employees are really nice and helpful, the cleaning lady was great. Everything was perfect! The situation with parking is a bit tricky if somebody doesn’t park properly and the pool is not really big, but we didn’t use it anyway, the beach was right in front. It takes around 20 mins to go to the city center by foot, which was great for nights when it’s hard to find a parking.

What an amazing boutique hotel! Great views of the mountain and sea. It's very peaceful and in close proximity to Kotor old town and other attractions/ towns - especially if you have a car with the added benefit of being away from the hussle and bussle. The staff really did make a huge difference - extremely helpful, friendly and always smiling. No request ever seemed to be an issue! Could not recommend this hotel any more.

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended
