Avela Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was kind and attentive, the breakfast was delicious. When on the hotel property, it felt like a high end resorts. The property is located a about .5 miles from downtown Sayulita, which to me was great. We rented a golf cart and had no problem getting to and from the beach when we wanted to.

The bed was so comfy. The staff were very helpful, a few hours after we checked out my wife realised she'd left her wedding and engagement rings in the room. We called and they found and kept them for us to collect.

Everything was excellent, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Beautifully decorated property, great views, lovely pool. Food was amazing in the restaurant. Amazing location - a 10min walk into town but also lovely and quiet area of beach. Great value for money.

Absolutely stunning property, larger than life, lovely pools, but the food at all the restaurants and buffet was some of the best I’ve had in the world. The spa was exceptional as well.
