All stuff where friendly people and helpful. We didn't leave the hotel much because it had everything the roof top view cinema and 3 different kinds of restaurants. And must of all it was safe.

Staff were exceptional and friendly. All the food we ate at the Piano was delicious and plentiful. Expensive hotel but worth the luxury and service. For me, it was value for money.

Breakfast was spoiled with different choices of dishes including my vegan diet. The location has a wonderful city and ocean view from my room.

The reception and staff were very friendly and very welcoming throughout my stay. The room was very clean and I loved the shuttle service provided by the hotel for free. I also really loved that you have the option of eating breakfast at any of the Eko hotels which is a huge plus as you get the chance to experience all the hotels. The dinner was exceptional and loved the local food.

I liked the serenity of the environment, the wifi was excellent, the apartment had two TV's one for living room and one for the bedroom and that was so convenient. Electricity was constant. The service personnel were kind and helpful. I felt at home.
