The service went above and beyond our expectations. The staff did absolutely everything for us like provide us packed lunches for our trip to the airport and were extremely gracious towards our requests. The free tour, yoga session, and sundowner (with momos and tea) were also entertaining and set a great vibe for our stay. The food was amazing as well and I really appreciated all the dishes we ate for lunch and dinner. It was also nice to have the on-site sauna and jacuzzi. This is a great place to stay to get a much-needed breath of fresh after you get tired out from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.

Basera boutique hotel offer an amazing experience, room service is fast and good, food is amazing, in the nepal restaurant you have some traditional dances to male you feel the vibe and the personal is super froendly!!! Breakfast was for me the best part, after having a good training in the very well equipped gym i ate the most perfect french omelette, accompanied by the well equipped buffet! Very high standarts of french cuisine when we're talking about the eggs for breakfast! thanks for the amazing experience

Excellent value for money. (It's much better to spend the night in the quiet and charming Bhaktapur than in the stressful and bustling Thamel in Kathmandu). We liked their hospitality and everything in general. We were welcomed with a scarf and a refreshing drink. We had an excellent, very spacious room with a balcony on the fourth floor.
