The Barahi Hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of Kathmandu. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is simply outstanding. The rooms are tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, pleasant, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is just perfect, with the hotel being a 5-star immaculate hotel that’s literally a 5-minute walk to the heart of the buzz of Thamel. We wished we had discovered this gemstone hotel earlier during our stay in Kathmandu and would have preferred staying at The Barahi for all of our time in Kathmandu.

The service went above and beyond our expectations. The staff did absolutely everything for us like provide us packed lunches for our trip to the airport and were extremely gracious towards our requests. The free tour, yoga session, and sundowner (with momos and tea) were also entertaining and set a great vibe for our stay. The food was amazing as well and I really appreciated all the dishes we ate for lunch and dinner. It was also nice to have the on-site sauna and jacuzzi. This is a great place to stay to get a much-needed breath of fresh after you get tired out from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.

Excellent value for money. (It's much better to spend the night in the quiet and charming Bhaktapur than in the stressful and bustling Thamel in Kathmandu). We liked their hospitality and everything in general. We were welcomed with a scarf and a refreshing drink. We had an excellent, very spacious room with a balcony on the fourth floor. Breakfast and dinner were really good
