Everything was perfect. The staff was terrific, the hotel was super clean, the breakfast spread was huge, and the restaurant was nice. There was an infinity pool, but we didn't use it due to the cold weather. Location and the small entrance keep you guessing when you arrive the first time. They also arranged for the driver to pick us up in the evening after our walking tour.

It's a great value for m9ney experience. Everything about this hotel was fabulous, right from the staff, location, interior design, food to the location. The facility some amazing views. The cleanliness was top notch. They had extremely friendly, cooperative and helpful staff. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room, pool, restaurant and facilities. Quick and flexible arrangement including sightseeing tour and airport pickup. They found my stuff left in the room after check out, and brought it to the airport! I really appreciated it.

Fantastic location, we thought it was the nicest end of the lake. The staff are all wonderful and the pool was excellent too. We had a pedicure too after the trek that was lovely

The decor, the bedding, all of the artwork, etc., were beautiful. Staying here makes you feel very special. A lot of hard work went into this resort to make it look magnificent. The staff was impeccable. Everyone was very pleasant with a smile on their face and willing to help.
