The vest thing about our stay here was the friendly and very helpful staff. They made such an exception to our stay. Hearing your name after a “Good morning” when you walk in the restaurant for breakfast, or after having been a few times to the gym already seems like a little thing, but it goes a long way. I felt like being at home after a few days already. The rooms are super nice, spacious with cool design elements and the rooftop pool is the best place to hang out. The location is also great, sort of in between the airport and the centre. Easy to get anywhere with a taxi. Can’t wait to be back here again! Thank you for all your kindness!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The valet was always quick to get my car. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, it was lovely. The gym is great for a hotel and I really liked the addition of a lap pool.

Our stay at Hotel W was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautiful, and the service reflects their motto "Whatever, Whenever" perfectly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. One of the highlights of our trip was when our boys went big-game fishing (arranged separately) and caught some fish. To our delight, the hotel went above and beyond by preparing the fish for our dinner, even though we know this isn’t something they usually offer. This gesture made the experience feel extra special. We were blown away by the effort and creativity of the chefs, especially Ambed and Emanuel (Manu), who prepared the fish in several different dishes. Every bite was a masterpiece, and our taste buds were thrilled! Chef Ambed made our last two nights unforgettable, and it was such a pleasure to get to know him. His kindness, talent, and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us.

I loved everything about this hotel. The venue, the hotel, the staff, the breakfast and dinner, the service of the staff during breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

We had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The breakfast experience was a highlight of our mornings; the entire team was attentive, but Mouhammed and Agnes stood out with their warmth and genuine hospitality, especially with our 4-year-old daughter. Room service was excellent as well, and we want to especially thank Abbas for his helpfulness and assistance throughout our stay. The concierge service also went above and beyond. The Concierge Manager Assistant and Miss Abeer not only helped us with recommendations and city arrangements but also assisted us with resolving a parking fine, something we deeply appreciated, as it shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort beyond the hotel itself. The hotel is very nice with a huge reception, patio and room. We had an inconvenience with the cleaning of our room so we have been offered a free breakfast. Good position on the way to the airport and not far from the Gran Mosquee. In my opinion you can spend less money and have a very good hotel anyway.
