The spacious and quiet room/ bathroom was very relaxing. The central self-control of the air conditioning, heating etc. was a big plus. No cold or pleasantly warm room. Feel free to book a stay of 100 days, then you still haven't been able to taste everything from the breakfast. Very extensive and neatly taken into account various allergies. The staff BTW, were very enthusiastic and helpful. See you guys next year.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights while visiting Krakow. The hotel has very luxurious and inviting ambiance from the entrance! We arrived at the hotel way ahead of check-in time, and our room was not available for another half-hour. The lady at the front desk kindly invited us to sit on the terrace and enjoy a complimentary champagne glass if we wanted. The terrace and the views were superb! When ready to check-in, the process was very fast and easy! We stayed in a deluxe room that was very beautiful, with a high ceiling of painted wooden beams. The hotel is a former palace, and the decor of the ceiling is the restored original. The room was decorated in classic European style, quiet, and spacious. The bed was very, very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern, with heated floors. Both the rooms and the bathroom were sparking clean! All the expected in-room amenities for a 5-star hotel. Excellent wifi. The exceptional breakfast (included in price) was in the elegant restaurant on the premises. The breakfast was a mix of buffet style and a la carte (included in the price). The restaurant on the premises, Artese, is a "must try" - exquisite Malopolska region ingredients and recipes with a French makeover. All the hotel staff went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed. The hotel is located in the Krakow Old Town, in the building next to the Princess Czartoryski Museum that houses the Lady with an Ermine by Leonardo da Vinci. The hotel provides airport transfer for a fee - a very professional driver. Definitely recommended; it will be our hotel of choice when in Krakow!

Huge room with very comfortable bed, great interior of the room, new and clean bathroom with a big shower. Gorgeous indoor pool, with endless pool and a corner with spa bubble. The pool is accessible for all ages. Turkish bath and Sauna rooms close to the pool and gym in the same floor. Great position and friendly staff.

The hotel is in a very good location, next to the Old Town Gate. Only 10 minutes' walk from the central station, also 10 minutes' walk to the central market square. Many restaurants, small shops are nearby, the big shopping centre is at the central station. The hotel serves a very good breakfast, I also recommend using the restaurant for dinner. I would love to stay in the same hotel next time.

I loved everything about Hotel Grodek, except the shampoo and body wash. In fact, there was only 1 product for washing your body and hair. Such an amazing hotel with it's unique decoration, breakfast variety , location, cleanliness, deserves better bathroom products. And in addition, the guy at the reception at night shift was very helpfull. He prepared my breakfast bec. I had to leave the hotel early and opened the fireplaced room late at night So we could chat with the friends.

Great check in and we’re given an upgraded room, good sized room and we were very happy with the facilities. The dining options were great and we had dinner twice in their Italian restaurant which was both tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a buffet and it was very well stocked with lots of classic breakfast dishes.
