One of the best places we stayed ever. Hospitality at new level, from check in to check out, you only get smiles and extreme readiness to make you comfortable. Great breakfast, exceptional pools and other facilities, very personalised at all times. Stunning resort, close to nature, a lot to cover and absorb. Strongly recommended for families with kids. loved it every day, close by to everything. Do get a car if staying beyond 3 nights which too inexpensive in Thailand. We are committed to come again and experience the unmatched care and comfort.

Beautiful hotel with good location directly at the beach that seemed to be quite quiet. Hotel amenities are very good, including gym, sauna, fitness classes. Hotel and all amenities are quite new, well maintained and very clean. Food at the restaurants was really good. Very attentive staff.

Liked the location, the beach is a very beautiful and quiet place with no access of strangers. The hotel territory is nicely designed and well-maintained. Really liked the service provided, staff is always ready to help. For example, proactively suggested late check-out, even helped with some really non-standard requests - brought us to a local ATM and shared wifi on the spot as otherwise it was impossible to get cash from our bank Quality of spa is really high

The villa, the food, the site, the views, everything was incredible. What can we say about the hotel staff…. Outstanding. They helped us to manage a lot of stuff ( booking strip, transfer to Phuket …). A special thanks to Mr Beer who was a true magician during our stay, responding to all our needs in a very efficient way. Little anecdote: we forgot our shoes in our room and the staff sent them asap to our next destination at no charge! This is the best customer care we have ever experienced

Upon arrival, the accommodation manager was waiting for us and showed us everything in the house. Our flight was very late but it was not a problem. The manager (Mr.Noom and his wife) were there for us every day. They prepared the breakfast every day and sometimes lunch or dinner. Whatevere we wanted we got it. It was absolutly amasing stay for us. I appreciate their servis and constant smile. Thank you !
