This is a lovely, well-maintained hotel and generally speaking the staff are friendly and helpful and do their absolute best. This is particularly true in the bar and restaurant area in the evenings: the buffet supper was superb, the chefs and waiting staff going out of their way to make the experience special.

I am a frequent visitor, so my only points for a five star, is they are getting there with food options, towels in rooms are not five star
they need to promote the spar correctly , and tell the guests that they can use the indoor pool, also the service is limited for drinks by the pool , and no service at the beach, but the need to recognise, that it is still 5 star , not just for summer

Nice and clean, not exactly 5 star level, but better than some other “5 star” hotels in Tunisia.
