The bungalows that we had are perfect. The staff is amazing. The food is OMG delicious. We've been so spoilt in this holiday. The staff are the secret weapons here. From reception, wait staff and the F&b manager. They are all very friendly, helpful and sincere people. They elevated our stay this entire holiday. My husband and I had double bday celebrations and they treated us for free meals and huge bday cake. I cannot thank the resort enough for an unforgettable holiday. Our stay at TUI Magic Life Africana was a masterclass in hospitality. Hedi Marnissi met us daily with a smile and quick solutions. Mr Chafiq’s presence at the main restaurant ensured everything ran smoothly. The pools are immaculate, and the aquapark slides are amazing also while we enjoyed yoga on the lawn. Food quality and variety exceeded expectations for an all-inclusive. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great, the hotel is really comfy, aged very well for a 90s style, they have a collection of works of art that is really pleasant, the rooms are spacious, well thought and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful, we went with a toddler and a baby and we were taken care of.
