The Deluxe King Room was phenomenal. Extremely comfortable and luxurious, with everything you could need. Staff were always waiting to open your car door and were very welcoming every time we arrived back. The price is very affordable for what you get. For the price of a cheap hotel in London, you get a 5 Star service and a luxury room. Room service was also great. Good food that came in a reasonable timeframe.

This hotel is beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. My room was very comfortable, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate shower area. All of the staff members were friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was also enjoyable with a nice selection. I didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms, so the walls must be well sound-proofed, which made for a very restful stay.

Super clean and brand new. Very large rooms. All there what you need and expect. NESPRESSO Machine with Crème. Great bathroom, fully loaded minibar, restaurant with impressive wine list and decent food. Great breakfast. Super helpful, cute and discreet concierge. Will make this probably my new hub when in Taichung. Will try one of the suites next time.

There was a lot of food for breakfast. Different countries, various of food. so you can easily choose something you prefer. For drinks, there are fresh juices, tea, coffee, milk, even wine.

The hotel is in the middle of the city. There is a huge shopping mall having fancy stuffs right next to the hotel, and many places, shopping streets are in the walkable distance. The staffs are fluent in English, and even in Korean so the communication was so smooth. The facilities are new, and clean, the room was very comfortable.

The room was huge and amazing. I love the fact that it was spacious and I really love the bath area, it was huge and had a great bath tub that I used everyday! The staff were extremely friendly and they assisted in all of my requests. I will definitely want to stay there again if I were to return to Taichung!
