The attention to detail throughout my stay was extraordinary, turning this trip into an unforgettable experience. A special mention to the welcome drinks personally offered by the management—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the exceptional service to come. I was assigned a dedicated butler, and I can’t praise him enough. He went above and beyond in every way, ensuring I was always comfortable and had everything I needed. Truly outstanding service! The room was absolute perfection—elegant, spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully designed to blend luxury with local charm. Every element, from the linens to the lighting, felt curated for a flawless experience. The surroundings are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen—nature at its most breathtaking. And when night fell, the African sky came alive. There’s something magical about it that made me feel deeply connected and completely at peace—like being home in the most unexpected way. Honestly, this hotel deserves 7 stars, not just 5.
