The Hotel is one of the nicest on the island. However you can’t compare with a 5 star on Europe. But for the island is a nice one. The staff is super helpful.

for a 5 star hotel, it probably is by Zanzibar hotel ratings which you should not confuse with normal 5 star hotels. Very difficult to find anything wrong, but then again very difficult to find anything great about it
