Beautiful Hotel with exceptional Service, incredible breakfast and wonderful Spa. All the staff were very attentive, accomodating and friendly. Honorable mention: Rixo the chef from the breakfast buffet went beyond the ordinary to deliver the best possible experience for guests. He made sure that I received all my orders within the shortest possible time and to my full satisfaction. His culinary skills and social competence are outstanding. Honestly, this employee is a gem and deserves a pay rise. Hyatt Regency: Make sure to keep Rixo at all costs. It's employees like him who make a place really stand out.
