A lovely family-run homestay run by Mr Diego Tran and his beautiful wife. We were lucky to book one of the best view rooms and literally sat on the balcony in the clouds as it was so high up. We are in our 60s and old backpackers and always love meeting other travellers- this was the perfect place. The owners were super attentive and helpful with everything. The highlight was a trek with the Hmong guides. Diego also organised for us to go to Heaven’s Gate and Love Falls with a driver. We are sure you will not regret booking here.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful. It is the best hotel i have ever stayed in, and I've traveled a lot. The breakfast was the best ever. Ambiance and design amazing. Easy access to Mount Fansipan with station under hotel. Views from hotel, the funicular and cable car amazing.

Staff was very friendly. We had some confusion with booking (compleatly our fault) but they made their best to help us. Specially Mayu who welcomed us ar the reception- she helped us with anything we asked for! Rooms were clean, spacious. View was amazing.
