This was my Vietnam splurge. Worth it. Very nice hotel in a picturesque setting. Staff were on point - friendly, helpful, polite. Had a massage - also a bit pricey by Vietnam standards - also worth it. The spa was really nice.

The view from the hotel is so beautiful and I like that it is slightly aware from the main center,so it's not too noisy yet still walkable to town centre. The staffs are attentive and helpful making me feel welcome and safe. The breakfast option is plenty and the facilities is great. The indoor swimming pool makes it nice to swim despite the cold weather 👌

We really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. At reception the hotel staff especially Julie was very helpful and assisted with making our stay memorable. The spa was amazing and left us relaxed after the trekking we did. The room was also clean and modern. As a bonus the hotel is in a great location and is within walking distance or a short drive of all the main attractions food joints.
