Staff was amazing making sure that we were happy all the time. We arrived before check-in time and although the room was not ready they immediately offered the use of all the hotel and facilties. The room was great and the breakfast was a dream. Absolutelly perfect

Location was great, close to center and room with mountain views were excellent. Helpfulness and attentive nature of staff was also exceptional. Also, Julie our receptionist on arrival was simply outstanding and went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. For example, we didn't have to worry at about our travel plans back to Hanoi, Julie sorted it all out with no hassle whatsoever. This meant we could enjoy our short time in Sapa to the max ( we were on very tight schedule!). Thank you to her and the rest of the team so much. We will no doubt stay here next time we visit.

I loved friendly, taking much care personnel at reception, in the restaurant, at the bar, very quick and efficient technician. The hotel is very spacious, full of light, breathtaking view from the lobby, bar and from the room. Highly recommend
