Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.

The 24 exclusive rooms and suites are distributed between the 1910 Palace building and the attached Typical Catalan Country House. The rooms have been renovated with careful interior design and incorporate modern amenities for the absolute comfort of our guests. Excellent breakfast, a beautiful house situated in the middle of nature. The Director Sebastien and the whole staff made our stay very pleasant indeed.

All rooms and suites are spacious and feature elegant décor, and the Royal Suites include luxurious décor elements, such as Swarovski diamonds. All rooms include a minibar, coffee machine, free WiFi, and pillow menu. The best service I’ve had for a very long time! Breakfast incredible

Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!
