Yes we did find that the hairdryer was broken but it was replaced in 5 minutes. Just in case you read reviews how this is not a luxury hotel, it is. It is in Albanian standard. Comparing this hotel to Miami Hilton is not appropriate. Be aware that there is music by the pool and it can get loud but i liked the playlist and so did 60year olds who were there with us. If you are disabled you will have a hard time hoing dowhill to the hotel but this is so everywhere by the mediterranean coast. You can reach the hotel with wheelchair with help and you can go to beach area and use the lift also. Parking your car on the -1 floor is an experience. If you have driven a car before you will not be intimidated. I would like to thank Marko eho made our stay exceptional. There are lots of Karen comments for this hotel that i could bring out that arent realistic.
