Location was superb but food options were limited. More activities should be added in this Location.

A nice budget calm hotel in the centre but a few buildings away from the main street of Sevan. They have also a farm with happy chickens, rabbits and cows. The owner is a very interesting person with who you can discuss a lot about any topic.

Everything. Super luxurious and comfy room for a cheap price! Good location! Norik is owner is such a nice and friendly guy!!!!

A new family house on the edge of a village, surrounded by cows, sheeps and chickens. And geese. Let everyone decide for themselves whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage. We liked it. The house isn't quite finished yet, which was scary at first, but the guest rooms upstairs are completely finished. We had a long and delicious Armenian breakfast.

The location was unreal! Right on the water with amazing views. The restaurant serves fresh fish and vegetables and were cooked to perfection. The staff were lovely and the area was great.
