The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything. I truly enjoyed my stay!

The Staff were exceptional! The two kindest souls in all of Budapest work at the front desk of the Anna Palace hotel! We were visiting the city to celebrate my sister's birthday with my 80-old Dad. We had booked a suite and due to crossed lines of communication, didn't realize there was only one full bathroom. Plus, the room had a few stairs to get to it. When we talked to Ali Hamsa and Zubair at the front desk, they were very understanding of our situation and moved us to another room. Twice. That is the amount of patience, hospitality, and kindness shown by Hamsa and Zubair which continues to remain for us as a precious memory of Budapest. It wasn't just us, they were the same with every guest we saw them interact with - providing recommendations, giving directions, listening, engaging..... Of course, the breakfast spread is good and one cannot beat the location!

You can play billiards at this 5-star hotel, and car hire is available. I had a lovely stay at Kozmo Hotel. Starting with the staff who were warm and welcoming, to the room which was more than comfortable, spacious, luxe, and charming, and then the spa which was extremely relaxing. The breakfast was lush and the options seemed unlimited. And the free drinks were the cherry on top. I would gladly stay here when visiting Budapest again. Thank you for the perfect stay!

The time spent in the Danube Delta was great, the staff was very friendly and willing to assist with all you need. I wish the menu would have more of the traditional locally food, but it was great! This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Great facilities, very clean, great room and overall decor In the hotel. Love the jacuzzi and spa. No complaints whatsoever. A bit pricy for my budget but well worth the money.

Excellent location in a very nice part of the city. Just across the street from the airport shuttle as well. And Djordje from the concierge was excellent, he assisted on all our needs, thanks to him 🙏 The restaurant on the 8th floor was very chic and live with an excellent variety of food.

Staff were all kind and helpful, especially Sasa a valet, cooks and waitress and waiter at the morning breakfast, a house maid on our floor, a lady at the reception whose name i forgot unfortunately ... well everyone really! Hotel was clean spotless clean, our rooms were always re-set when we left for outing!!
