We had stayed at the Rosewood Hong Kong before and feel that the service was on par. We arrived in the morning and the team made their best efforts for early check-in and gave us an upgraded room by 12pm. Meanwhile, we got access to the pool/sauna which was perfect after a red-eye flight. The room was great and the bathroom was huge. We really enjoyed all the F&B at the hotel including breakfast at Reflections, drinks at the lobby lounge & Prophecy and the Mother’s Day lunch at HAWKSWORTH. Also the coffee bar was cute. The team was able to give us late checkout at 4pm, giving us more time to relax before our night flight back to Singapore. We also appreciated that the team was very helpful with our abundance of luggage. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
