We’d booked 2 nights here but didn’t make the first one due to a flight cancellation. However, this hotel reimbursed us for the missed night without being asked. We were super grateful for this and wish we could have experienced more of the super facilities.

Located in Downtown Montreal, Hôtel Birks offers a street level terrace for the Restaurant Henri Brasserie Française. I rarely comment on my stay , but this time I couldn’t , we had the most professional , helpful and amazing staff. Guillaume , Hugo ( reception and concierge) , Sylvain and Rêve (Henry restaurant) made our stay as exceptional as they are !

What a beautiful hotel! We arrived and was due to stay in a King room and was upgraded for free to a gold king room. This included a city view and breakfast which was in the gold lounge and was very lovely. The hotel itself is stunning set up on the hill and inside is just as beautiful. The rooms are very small but this forms part of the history and didn’t affect the comfort of the bed. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the bar is just beautifully set and serve wonderful food.

Ideally located at the base of Mont-Tremblant mountain, this hotel offers direct access to the pedestrian village and all key activities. A full-service spa is featured on site. The outdoor pool is a great addition, and really useful when the weather hits negative temperatures. Also the hotel's bar has really good drinks.
