The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!

We even got to know many staff members by name, like Pascal and Konstantinos, who were wonderful. The hotel itself is a one-of-a-kind retreat, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. Its prime location, directly opposite the train station, makes exploring the city effortless, with easy access to transportation, including the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service throughout the day. The culinary experience was equally delightful, as we relished breakfast and lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, under the direction of a new Italian chef. The exquisite dishes brought us immense pleasure and left a lasting impression

The half-board restaurant "Alpin" exclusive available for hotel guests. The hotel restaurant is located in our annex building which is accessible underground for guests. The breakfast was amazing. The last 2 days something was wrong with the coffee machine, the rest of the days it was perfect.

The Kulm Hotel St Moritz is a luxurious hotel with a special history: as Johannes Badrutt founded it in 1856, he also laid the foundation stone for winter tourism. Since then, the Kulm Hotel is characterized by its style and authenticity. The hotel is beautiful. and you can tell is a St. Moritz landmark. We were very impressed with the rooms, the food, the service and how the staff goes above and beyond to take care of it´s guests. The details for our kids were amazing, from stuffed animals to free ice cream. We would love to go back.
