Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The view from the hotel is something outstanding and the fact that you can take hikes just from the hotel was incredible. The view of the Matterhorn is amazing.

Access to the mountain was fantastic! We made some incredible hiking.

Zermatt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The property boasts 3 restaurants and a spa. Very luxury, friendly and warming. Will come back again.

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with an indoor pool, fitness centre, and sauna, as well as a garden. the location is central and convenient. this is an historic hotel but looks good and very nice - outside and inside. we have been in various luxury hotels and here you get the grand hotel experience. excellent staff. excellent pianist in the lobby. big nice spa. the breakfast hall is a masterpiece. we enjoyed both their restaurants, especially the fondue. they have an horse and carriage. from our room we saw the matterhorn. extremely recommended.
