The staff were very helpful and friendly and the reception staff could speak English well.
The restaurant and lounge areas were relaxing, with the wonderful view and the food was great.

Beautiful location, excellent and very friendly service from breakfast to organizing excursions, delicious and healthy food. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are comfortable. the staff is very attentive and customer oriented. Raquel and Pauline are outstandingly good and always try to do their utmost to make clients happy and make sure they feel welcome. Haven‘t seen this kind of dedication very often.
Breafast is good with a great variety.
Some of the staff try to make up for their lack of understanding of the English language with creativity.
Cook‘s restaurant very good with slightly oversized portions but good value for money and cheaper than the inhouse restaurant
