The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

Das Hotel Magnolia Santiago ist ein Weltklasse-Hotel, nur wenige Schritte vom angesagten Viertel Lastarria in der Innenstadt von Santiago entfernt. It is a classy, beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean. It’s in downtown and within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets/stores and restaurants. Feeling safe in the area. We felt welcomed the moment we got off the cab front of the hotel. Breakfast was great - eggs are made to order and enough choices and variety to kick start the day. The staff were friendly. They spoke good English. Would definitely come again when visiting Santiago again

I also was surprised by my gift of wine in my room received from our housekeeping staff, that made it extra special! Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

This hotel was the solace we needed. To be honest we've had a string of bad luck since arriving into Santiago. It was only at this hotel that we felt really looked after. The staff and facilities are exceptional. Breakfast buffet is very good, gym and pool was great and top level bar/restaurant was amazing. We wished we had stayed longer.
