Lots of character and great ambiance. Decent linens on the bed. Nice view of the garden from our superior double room. Good breakfast and lovely setup with tablecloths and china.

Such a fantastic hotel! We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

This hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, in front of Lake Llanquihue, offering views of Osorno and Calbuco Volcanoes. It features luxurious accommodation, a spa and free Wi-Fi.
