The staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive — I sent my clothes for laundry at 2 p.m., and they were returned to my room by 6 p.m., without any extra express service fee. The restaurant serves authentic Hubei-style dishes; the prices are not cheap, but the food tastes excellent.
