However, the most important thing about this hotel is the professional staff, for whom nothing is impossible. In our case, we would especially like to thank and appreciate Doris's professionalism, commitment, empathy, and kindness. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea for guests. A free, fully equipped laundry room is also a plus. The hotel and staff fully deserve their five-star rating. I highly recommend it.

It has a free indoor pool and a Spa centre. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The room chosen was fantastic with own balcony and a nice view, on the site it is called lakeview, however there is no lake, but a kind of Pont with water fountains that unfortunately did not work. The hotel has a fantastic entrance and once inside a large reception and modern. The room had fantastic fresh colors.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton Xi'an]! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable my room was. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location was perfect, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s rest. I especially loved the well-equiped gym]. The attention to detail really made my stay special — little touches like complimentary gifts and late check-outs made me feel valued as a guest.

The location was central .very good value .

The beds and bathrooms were amazing. Many of the staff speak English, unlike most Chinese hotels. We recommend CROWN PLAZA Xi'An Weiyang. Yanni Bai in the club lounge was very helpful and inhanced our visit. Kudos Yanni.
