Enjoyed the breakfast and tea time at 4pm. The rooms are quite big. Easily able to walk to the pier. The concierge was very helpful in booking boat tickets.

Only a short 1-minute stroll from Shuhe Ancient Town, The Bivou features accommodation in local and modern styles combined together. Blending in by making use of the barbecue facilities, lazing in soothing massage, going horse riding or enjoying a fun time with your children at kids’ club seems like a nice getaway. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. We just really loved the Bivou. I read very good reviews, but still the place exceeded my expecations. If I am ever going to write my memoires, I will do it here:) This place just breaths tranquility. We loved the little vegetable gardens in front of the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and the area around the hotel is really lovely. I travelled the whole world and Le Bivou definitely makes it to my worldwide top 5.

InterContinental Kunming is a 10-minute drive from Xishan Forest Park and Haigeng Park. Kunming Railway Station is a 30-minute drive away while Kunming Changshui Airport is a 40-minute drive away. Overall my recent stay at Intercontinental Kuming is with absolute satisfactory. Especially I was very happy for the assistance by the Concierge te4am. Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. He was always very active with quick responses, willing to help and did his best. If I was asked, I would give him and his concierge team at Intercontinental Kuming the full score 10 out of 10.
