We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place looks fabulous, with everything brand new, a very nice design, and spacious rooms. Special thanks to Iryna, Petra, Ivan, and Mahdi for their professionalism and kindness. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Marketa makes a difference in the hotel stay. The tour guide, Kate, selected by Marketa, was excellent. The personalized attention and warmth of Marketa truly stood out. The breakfast was excellent, and the food at the restaurant is also very good.

My mom and myself were to do an Avalon Cruise and we added the Prague Extension. I am so happy we did!!! I booked us an extra night at the Hotel as our Tour/Cruise were to start the following day. The Hotel host all guests who are to join the Cruise and we were greeted in the Avalon Hospitality Room at the Hotel by our Cruise Director, which in turn made everything so effortless. From our Arrival at the Airport to our Check inn at the Hotel went smoothly. I was not feeling too well upon arrival and the Receptionist immediately checked us in, which I was very grateful for. The Breakfast is a Standard American Breakfast, good variety, albeit I would have liked some more Hot or Alternative Egg options. We also enjoyed a Dinner at the "Next Door" Restaurant which I would highly recommend. Overall, a fantastic experience, Excellent location as you are close to all attractions and very friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again should I go back to Prague.
