This is an exceptional hotel. The service and care is like no other. I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. The room was fabulous, large in size, had a bath and the l'occitane products were a lovely touch. The house keeping was excellent and care and thought went into every detail. I had views out the back onto the pool area. Breakfast was delicious with alot of choice and included an omlette stand. I would like to thank Fernando for taking care of me during breakfast time. The hotel has a beautiful foyer with alot of seating, fabulous decor and a grand piano.. My spa experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed using the facilities, especially the outside hot tub.

The Hotel Plaza Grande is an exclusive five-star property located on Plaza de la Independencia, the main square of Quito’s Historic Center, declared a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. Its imposing colonial architecture and meticulous restoration make it one of the city’s most emblematic hotels. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. I forgot a jacket in the wardrobe, in our room. When we returned from lunch to check out, it was amoung our things!

Mariscal Sucre International Airport is 44 km away. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very kind and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and it was everything that I was expecting. Car was very easily accessible and valet was excellent. Rooms were really clean and very spacious. I will return next year!

In the new coffee shop Cafe del Patio, guests can find Ecuadorian coffee and chocolate specialties, pastries and salty and sweet snacks made with local products. We had a wonderful view towards the basilica from our 4th floor room. The staff were all very helpful and hardworking. The location can’t be beat. A peaceful oasis.

I would recommend this hotel alot.

Free private parking is available and the hotel also provides car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Had a fantastic stay at Mama Hilda! The host was so incredibly kind. The property had a variety of common spaces to hang out in and the food provided was delicious. We did later find out the cost of food wasn’t included in the price of the accommodation but aside from that the stay was wonderful!

This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The property is allergy-free and is situated 1.5 km from Sucre Theatre. A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

It’s an exceptionally designed small hotel with stunning rooms, interior furnishing and views. We loved our suit and double-shower! We dined at the restaurant which provided exceptional dining experience. Breakfast was also wonderful. Staff and services were exceptional!
