Relais & Châteaux Heritage Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Madrid, next to Paseo de la Castellana. It is located on a 20th century listed building beautifully decorated with a belle-époque design. The staff went above and beyond to not only make us comfortable but to make us feel special, like favorite guests. It was a delight to return to the hotel each evening to see smiles on their faces. This is not the experience we felt outside the hotel.

Very clean and the room was incredibly well designed. We particularly liked the bathroom. Breakfast was also fantastic with lots of beautiful fresh ingredients.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool, open during the summer season, with a large terrace where you can enjoy the most exclusive snacks and cocktails. In addition, the famous Ricardo Sanz restaurant offers delicious sushi and Michelin-starred dishes. You can also enjoy its English bar and the Wellington Hall, where you can enjoy an extensive menu and succulent traditional spoon dishes. Everything. Excellent service and facilities. Great high-end classic in Madrid. Not to be missed. Unfortunately these kinds of hotels are being bought by international hotel companies and are loosing their personality. Not the case with this one still great!
