But the best part of this hotel is most definitely the staff. The women at the front desk were so lovely and welcoming when we showed up without our luggage which was a very stressful ordeal. The concierge did everything he could to get our luggage back, contacting people he knew after there was a screw up from the airline and the baggage delivery company when it didn’t appear after the delivery window. He called in a few favors to people he knew, and when it was finally received from the valet, they noticed it was banged up and filled out a report for my mishandled luggage. Joel from valet was as excited as we were to see us get our stuff back, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had with any hotel staff in the world. I could not say nicer things, and appreciate so much how helpful everyone was through a very stressful time.

The Picasso Museum and the city centre are less than 2 km away. Beautiful property, amazing rooms but the bed was the cherry on the cake for me. I've never slept in a bed so comfortable, it was incredible.

It is beautifully designed with a king and helpful staff. The service was impeccable, the facilities amazing. The room was big and comfortable and very clean. We also loved the food and cocktails in the snack bar and the breakfast, everything was perfect.
