Very welcoming staff, really high level of hospitality from everyone, from the bellboys and receptionists to restaurant personnel. Nice and clean gym and spa area, spacious and clean room, walking distance to museums, old town, with a variety of restaurants and bars nearby.

I strongly recommend tgis hotel for everyone. It located in the city center near to e.g. the Guggenheim Musem and the old town. The hotel was super-clear, cosy and comfortable, breakfast was great and the rooftop bar is amazing served with tasty food and good wines. But the cherry on the top was Irene and Pablo the hotel staff who were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Many thanks for your service! :)

The hotel is well maintained and historical. It is a very beautiful building that is worth its 5 star rating. While there is nothing wrong with the serivice it certainly is not as complete as a typical 5 star property. For example, there is no concierge desk. I think the level of staff and service is more consistent with a 3 star property.

Everything. It’s clean. Ideal location. Good size rooms with bath and shower separate. Delicious 5 star breakfasts and all food very fresh. Two very polite young waitress who were excellent at there job. All in all super place to stay. 10 -10.
