Juuso, the guy who assisted us throughout our stay was spectacularly helpful and attentive at all times with us, he is a cheerful, attentive and exceptional human being!

Sleep under the stars in the glass-walled bedroom, as well as have the privacy of a closed-in area where the sauna and bathroom can be found. Free WiFi is available in each igloo. View of surroundings is really good, night sky view from bed was awesome.

The units also have tea and coffee facilities, a minibar, free toiletries and bathrobes and slippers. It was an amazing experience from the very first moment of arrival. The reception personnel was extremely kind and welcoming. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and chocolate to warm us from the cold weather outside. The room size was splendid, and the overall ambiance was magnificent. The restaurant experience was great, too. We had dinner, coffee, and breakfast, which was always amazing. The Finnish Sauna inside the villa is a nice feature.

Located within Santa Claus Village, Glass Resort is set in Rovaniemi. All apartments comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, sauna and a private outdoor hot tub. Santa Claus' Office is just a few minutes by foot. Locating right next to Santa Claus Village makes it really convenient to explore around. Clean and beautiful room with private sauna and even outdoor jacuzzi available was just impeccable. We were lucky enough to see tinge of aurora through glass roof that night as well.

Each unit is equipped with a seating area and a private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. A patio with garden views is offered in every unit. The accomodation was amazing being able to see the northern lights from the cabin was awesome.

The hotel also features a private villa with three bedrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, and a terrace overlooking the Arctic river, ideal for guests seeking additional space and privacy. The location of this hotel is very good. Although it takes ten minutes to drive to Santa Claus Village, the environment is quiet and there are super beautiful scenery. My daughter really likes this wooden house and wants to stay here forever. Every afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock, she can also enjoy a free Finnish sauna. The service is also very friendly, and the breakfast is also very delicious. Our family will stay here again next time we come

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights, a truly unforgettable moment! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Finland. ❄️💚
