I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. It's not large, which adds to its charm, and the staff were simply fantastic. The beach is stunning, with direct access from the hotel – no need to cross any roads. The breakfasts were amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. It's conveniently located close to Rethymno, making it easy to explore the area. The spa was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend booking a private room with a sauna and Turkish bath. My teenage daughters absolutely loved it. All in all, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

Definitely one of the best facilities in Elounda and all of Crete. Starting with the service, which proves at every step that you are in a 5-star hotel, and ending with the surroundings of the facility, which are extremely refined and tastefully decorated. The service is very competent, nice and helpful. A big advantage is the varied but also regional breakfasts. Each room is equipped with either a jacuzzi or a private pool. There is also a restaurant with a tasting menu and a gym with an extraordinary view of the bay. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the entire hotel staff.

Great location in the city with a short 15 min walk to the old town and the shops and restaurants. Room was ample and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Das einzige Hotel warum ich überhaupt auf diese Insel fliegen würde. Die Insel ist so karg wie der Mond und dabei so dreckig wie das nur Menschen und Industrie machen können. Überall an den Strassen nur Müll, unglaublich. Ich bin allein im Mietauto von Heraklion die Insel abgefahren, archäologische Ausgrabungen-vergiss‘ es! Fahre nach Sizilien ! Das Hotel ist das non-plus-Ultra! Genieße es, das reicht!

What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff. Tammy, George, and Amelia were incredible – warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their recommendations for restaurants and day trips were spot on, they organized a rental car for us effortlessly, and George even helped us park in a tight spot when we arrived. Flawless service and an unforgettable stay – highly recommended and we will be back! 10/10
