George, in particular, was outstanding—constantly checking in on us and offering his assistance with genuine care and hospitality. Housekeeping was exceptional, coming by twice daily to refresh our towels, tidy up and restock the fridge with drinks, plus Nespresso coffee and a great selection of teas. The entertainment at the resort was superb, with engaging performances every evening. We especially enjoyed chatting with Dan after his shows—such a talented and kind performer! There were endless activities for every age group, ensuring the whole family had something fun to enjoy each day. The spa was another highlight. Maria and Magda provided amazing massage treatments that left us feeling totally relaxed and recharged. The services were reasonably priced considering the top-notch quality and professionalism. Dining was a dream—from creative and delicious cocktails to the impressive buffets made with quality ingredients. The à la carte restaurants were intimate and provided truly great meals with attentive service. This resort exceeded all our expectations and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, all-around incredible vacation experience!

The hotel strikes a nice balance between being relaxing and having everything you need close by. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a good time. A special mention goes to Aris, the manager, who was incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. He made a point of checking in with guests regularly and clearly takes a lot of pride in running the hotel well. We’d definitely come back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay in the Lindos area.

We had an amazing experience at this stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. Every team member we encountered—from the friendly front desk clerk to the thoughtful restaurant staff—was genuinely kind and committed to excellent service. You can truly feel that the team works in sync and cares about the guests' experience. One small example that says it all: during breakfast one morning, I asked if there were any cold cuts that weren’t pork. The staff said no, which was perfectly fine. But the next day, the chef recognized me, smiled, and surprised me with a special package of non-pork cold cuts he had prepared just for me. That level of attention and memory was so thoughtful and appreciated. The restaurant overall is a real culinary gem – not just “great for a hotel,” but genuinely outstanding by any standard. We highly recommend choosing the half-board option – dinners include a five-course meal (starter, four courses, and dessert), and each evening felt like a fine-dining experience. Absolutely worth every penny. Although the hotel was fully booked, it remained quiet and peaceful throughout the day. We hardly saw other guests except during meals, which made the whole atmosphere even more relaxing. The beach is beautiful, clean, and private – it’s just across a small road, and the walk takes less than two minutes. The beach is fully serviced by the hotel with comfortable loungers and great facilities. Our first room had a private pool and partial sea view, but it was close to the road, so we could hear some traffic noise. We mentioned it politely, and the staff explained the hotel was full – which we completely understood. To our surprise, the very next day (after our second night), without us bringing it up again, the hotel manager approached us and offered an upgrade to a higher-floor, quieter room along with a complimentary bottle of wine.
