Impeccable service - staff was so helpful and always going beyond with great attention to detail. They helped us arrange reservations, laundry etc. The breakfast is top notch and available until 12, which is great. The staff at breakfast are also fantastic.
Rooms are beautifully designed and furnished, impeccably clean, all details are absolutely perfect.

The staff are brilliant. The hotel design is classically modern with so many eye catching features. The chef who creates a wonderful breakfast is charming and continuously seeking perfection. The location is so quiet and within walking distance of everything.

The studio is in a fantastic location with a commanding view over the town of Ermopouli and the wider bay. Beautifully designed and superbly equipped, it was an ideal base for a week on Syros! The hosts, Manos and Lora, were so kind and welcoming: Manos even gave us a free tour of the island for my wife’s birthday! And the cleaning lady came almost every day to tidy up and replenish the supplies for breakfast. So it was better than a hotel.

The room, location, and view were excellent.
We wanted to return to the room again to enjoy the luxury and elegance diffused throughout our stay.
Special mention to our hostess, Mrs. Roussou, who took care of everything, and to Mrs. Roxani Passa from Aria Hotels, who took care of our reservation issue.
Undoubtedly Pafsilipon suites will be our first choice in the near future.

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed in around the world. What an exceptionally special place and experience. The palazzo is elegant, timeless and sophisticated and the service and staff are wonderfully friendly and world class. The view is absolute perfection and our room and private terrace were divine! Can not wait to return and stay at Hotel Ploes again.
