The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively. The best holiday of our lives! We spent our honeymoon and a private wedding at Contessina Suites & Spa, and it was the best holiday we have ever had. The staff truly made us feel like family. I remember every person by name, and this connection is what makes this place unforgettable. A special thank you to Maria, Guest Relations Manager, who made every day memorable and supported us throughout the wedding preparations. We are also deeply grateful to Arsid, whose professionalism and generosity meant a lot to us — including the champagne, which made our celebration even more special. The hotel has a Michelin Key, but what impressed us most was the atmosphere, comfort, service, and attention to detail. This is not just a hotel stay; it is a unique experience. Breakfasts are excellent, with fresh juices, a rich buffet, and à la carte options. On arrival, we were welcomed with breakfast instead of waiting for check-in, which was a wonderful gesture. The hotel also upgraded our room for our wedding, something we will always remember. We highly recommend staying for at least 7 days to enjoy all the events and special dinners. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return.

Attention to detail Absolutely perfect service

Absolutely stunning vacation! Everything was amazing and perfect. All staff were profesional and helpful from gardener to manager. We dont remmember all names but all staff was great. This was 15 out of 10 for us. We felt like at home. The resort is beautiful with amazing pool and also access to the own beach and sea. The rooms are clean and the view is stunning! The restaurants are great with variable of choices during breakfast, lunch by the pool or beach. Also dinner is available by the pool. Spa and inside pool also very nice and you can enjoy quiet and relax. We really recommend this resort if you search friendly staff, calm and quiet place with delicious food.

The staff are just wonderful! So polite and friendly. The food is sensational- the restaurant needs a Michelin star! Wonderful breakfast with a great view! The rooms are nice, a little on the small side but otherwise perfect.

We loved our holidays in the Bay. The rooms are nicely decorated, the pool and beach area are perfect and the food of great quality. Tennis and the gym also added to our stay.

I loved the architecture, the fact that all their buildings were covered with lots of green plants. I loved their beautiful large pools with perfect blue water. I was impressed by the nice combination of materials they used in their buildings and decorations. Contessina Hotel looks good from any angle, and that is why you will find here a lot of influencers. I also liked the staff, especially I want to send a bit thanks to Vasilis ( the front office manager) and to Christina (the receptionist), they were welcoming and attentive to us, they pampered us and thanks to them we had an unforgettable vacation. I liked our room with private garden and pool. We settled in room 414 with garden and private pool. The room impressed us from the first sight: it was very spacious, it looks more like an apartment. The matrimonial bed was very large and really comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable, the shower had fresh water and had a strong jet (a rarity in Zakynthos). The furniture and decorations were new and modern. The TV was big and had many programs. The second room had two sofas that could be also used as beds and a table where you can have a snack. The terrace by the pool had another table with two chairs, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. The pool was beautiful, very clean and inviting. We took a lot of pictures and movies in the pool. The garden had a double sofa with a table and two deckchairs where we could enjoy the sun all day long and look at the star during the night. There was also a large sun umbrella that can be opened whenever needed. Behind our garden there was a nice playground for kids with a mini cinema. We watched some movies there and had lots of fun. We also had access at Contessina Suites where we loved the Spa and the bar close to the swimming pools. The beach was very close tp us, we were going to MAKAI bar very often.

We were very happy and felt amazing. Beautiful quiet place, nice staff, delicious food.
